At Fortex Fitness, we stand by the quality of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your fitness gear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
